How do I make a return?

Return by Courier Service

• Submit a return request through your account in the “My Orders” section by clicking RETURN.

• Choose the product and reason for return, then enter your bank account details if you paid by cash on delivery.

• Due to regulations, you will also be asked to provide your ID or passport number (stored only until the return is processed).

• After confirmation, a courier will be automatically called to pick up your package—no need to contact the courier yourself.

• Pack the items carefully for transport; no fiscal invoice is needed.

• You can also send the package by another courier at your own expense to:

• LC WAIKIKI Retail d.o.o., Belgrade 7a ramp 26, 11272 Dobanovci.

• You are responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse.

• Returned items are inspected; if products are used or unsuitable, the return may be rejected.

• Refunds are completed within 14 days (usually 3–5 working days). For card payments, refunds go directly to your card; the bank may take 3–5 days to process.

Return or Exchange In Store

• Bring your online purchase and email receipt to any LC Waikiki store in Serbia within 30 days.

• Provide your name and ID number for the return/exchange process in compliance with fiscal law.

• You can exchange for another size, item, or receive a refund.

• Undergarments and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Socks must be unopened.

• Items damaged during delivery must be returned via courier, not in-store.

Return & Exchange Process for Orders from International Warehouse

For orders containing products shipped from the international warehouse, returns are created separately: one return for domestic warehouse items and another return for international warehouse items. Therefore, the products should be packed in separate bags and handed over to the courier separately.
If the products are returned to a physical store, the shipment number must be shown at the cashier desk.
