Order Cancelation*

Once you have signed in, click on the “My Orders” button via the “My Account” section, which is placed in the upper-right corner of each page. You can cancel your order if your order status says “Order Waiting For Approval”, “Waiting for Payment”, “Confirmed” or “Preparing”. If you place your order without an account with us, you can follow your order by clicking on the “Order Tracking” link, which is placed on the upper-right corner of each page.
